Amersfoort is a beautiful city in the middle of our country. It has all you can expect from an old town...
Today I visit Amersfoort.. In fact I am there right now... and I took this picture this afternoon. Just as last Sunday is was raining and this time there was some snow too. Nevertheless I went for a walk to the centre of the city. I had my waterproof camera with me, so I decided to take some moisty, but also moody pictures. But after having taken the first photograph, my battery appeared to be empty.. No spare one with me... So this is the only picture I took today... grrrrr..
You can easily see the circumstances in which the picture was made.. the tower in de distance hardly visible because of the fog in the air. And not much breathtaking colours in the pic as wel... just things that remind of rain en snow and cold.

Being a mailman besides being a student, sometimes I have to deliver packages at area code 3811. Also know as downtown Amersfoort. Yesterday I had to bring a package to the coninckstraat 67, which is a small place: quiet, old and calm. I loved it. Because the rest of Amersfoort can be to crowded for my taste.

Dull greay skies and a battery out of power.... There are days things are just not right. Too bad! :( Love to see the city where I've been working some time, the architecture is fascinating there! I dunno about your battery, but if cold causes it to fail it helps sometimes to warm the battery (under one's coat or so). I see I'm not the onoy one having troubles with the camera, even your digital camera can say 'doe het zelf maar' (I don't know how to translate that).
