Description
One of the more "soft" versions from my "Dahlia Series"......
The particular gradient that surfaced while working with this fractal, instantly reminded me SO much of jewelry I had worked with, that it was just striking!! The jewelry made with Niobium and Titanium is breathtaking in it's array of stunning color! I decided to post a coment on the jewelry because not everyone is familiar with anodized Niobium and Titanium.
"Niobium(Nb) is named after Niobe, daughter
of Tantalus. Ore reserves are found in Canada,
Brazil, Nigeria, Zaire and Russia. Nb is used
in pure and alloyed form in superconductors,
sodium vapor lamps(street lights), rocket boosters
and other aerospace applications

The thumbnail already struck me when scrolling down the new fractal section, and when I went back up to look at them (that way I don't miss one ;)), I was even more struck hen I opened this one up. Good info too. Really beautiful!
