Description
A fine specimen of a Buddha's Hand! [Buddha's Hand, Buddha's Hand citron, or Fingered citron (Citrus medica var. sarcodactylus)]. I found this growing on the Stanford campus. Unfortunately, I've tried to eat one, and it wasn't really that great.

I have never seen this plant before. Amazing fruit, maybe made into a jelly it would taste better? :)
Very cool, never seen one before!
Truly unique on all counts, Jim. Yep, I would have to taste it myself. If it wasn't for my mothers warnings; I surely would have sucked the milk, out of that Milkweed Pod, back when I was a yute.
Wow, never would have thought of this fruit as a citron! A very remarkable fruit, one that could only be invented by our Creator! :) Fantastic work, unfortunately not the tatse you liked but hey, I'm not gonna eat a citron either!
