Awesome capture! I have been secretly hoping I could get one of these types of image someday... nice work! +++
Can we say Alfred Hitchcock? :o) and maybe the name of this town should be 'Starlington' lol...ok, 'nuff silliness, this is an amazing capture, Troy, and as usual, outstanding work S ...and love the panorama!
I swear you and I work on the same wave length! I wanted a shot somewhat similiar yesterday, forgot camera! lol. I love that you tend to capture these shots when I'm unable to! Awesome!
Truely being at the right place and at the right time and it does pay to lug around ones camera for the unknown. Great capture. Thank you for sharing.
superb living cloud!
The birds certainly make this image ~ great shot here.

Nice and incredible picture. Sure the farmers where not very happy about the starlings invading their farms. They are harmful to crops.

Excellent shot ,i have seen the same scene in the country of champagne this autumn, but i was too far of these birds and with the zoom the pictures are not good!

Wow, that is quite a bunch of starlings! Very impressive work, Troy! :)
Fort Worth and Dallas Texas both has had a big problem with them also. once in downtown Dallas outside of Reunion station I was waiting to pickup someone. it was cold to keep the windows up and I had the radio playing but could not hear it becuase of the birds across the street in 1000's. incredible capture Troy
That is a LOT of birds! I agree it looks like the Hitchcock movie! Its weird how they seem to have formed a wall between you and the farm. Fantastic shot!
Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What an incredible capture Troy!Reminds me of the Hitchcock movie...almost scary but what a beautiful thing! Life and death all in this, with the delapidated buildings and the frenzy of birds..amazing, powerful image! Bravo friend Troy! Many apologies for my late response, I am still not well, still have a lousy connection but wanted to make a quick visit. See ya soon I hope!
Incredible photography Troy !!!! Never seen something like that since the Birds of Hitchcock !!! It seems completly unreal to see so many starlings in the same place, flying away. Fantastic ! and the place with these old houses... really perfect ! This one gone in my favs ;o))))) V
