Hi Kortalouche! What an interesting study of DOF!It creates an interesting contrast between the ultra-sharp texture of the ring in the foreground,(which I think looks really cool, btw),and the soft, almost water-color look of the background.Just so you know, here was a fascinating discussion in the forum this past weekend about DOF.I think you would've found it quite interesting.Hope you had a lovely weekend. MAS 4EVA!-M ;^)
love the bamboos ! photographied a lot in your style! never dared to post! Thank you!And about DOF, i dont speak enough well!
LOL @ Marlene! Yeah, there was a discussion about that. And since it was decided during that discussion that im a stupid person, i just dont feel confident enough to comment on it...nor any potential highlights. Im gonna settle for a retards comment and say....I LIKE IT!!!!!!!!! Have a wonderful monday...UGH. #:O)

I have always liked bamboo! Look at those tightly packed fibers!! One of (If not THE) strongest non-tree plants in the world! And yes, nice depth of field!
Good use of DOF and inclusion of textures and surfaces:):):)..V
Looks like and ole wooden bucket with a crack in it..interesting textures around the top circumference
simply wonderful, one super piece of work!!! excellent!!!! :)
Does that make this a crack pipe?
Interesting the number of capilary tubes - makes one wonder whether they are like tree rings. Probably not, but hey, it's fun to speculate! Very neat photo!
