My first impression was also with the fish, perhaps rays, in the curl of the wave - very nice! I like the subdued color level and painting texture.
Shoot! I was thinking it was a 'paint' filter from the thumbnail. An impressive image nonetheless.
Ha ha, no filter in Photoshop can do this! Fantastic work, it looks so wonderful! :)
