yomah, you don't have to care what I think. It is helpful to me to make a comment on your art since I think you are very talented and I appreciate your art. I comment to clarify what I see for myself. If you agree, fine. If you don't, that is fine too. Maybe I see your art through a different lens. I think this one is as exceptional as the others before it. The hand and pill bottle appear to me to be ensnared in spider webs. Perhaps indicative of not taking the pills for a long time. This certainly could account for the "instructions". You describe the dilemma of many struggling to walk that fine line between loss of control of one's health or maintaining the control through the use of medication. Often side effects can cause one to abandon the pills which leads to the vicious circle. Would that one seek help before it went too far so that control would not be lost to the hell one wishes to escape. Excellent and expressive artwork yomah.
