America spends billions of dollars to destroy property and lives half way around the world for no rational reason, but barely dimes to effectively help here at home. As visitors to this site can see, many of us, no matter how useful and caring, can be overlooked by the very people they are trying so desperately to serve. Visit my favorite sites and learn about their lovely creator, Lynn Smith, and decide for yourselves if we are getting our money's worth out of government or if there aren't still some things we're better off doing ourselves. That is, in fact, what our lives and these works are all about. Join us. Let's stop waiting for layers of disgustingly dysfunctional government and start helping ourselves. ( note the sites he refers to are mine here and AW (artwanted)

Wow Lynn, awesome work! vote
Excellent work!!!!
Fantastic work Lynn! I couldn't agree more... I hear all the time pleas to help the worlds hungry, opressed, uneducated etc... But hardly a word about the people, especially children, suffering in my own country! During the dark, hungry times we have had, the charaties did knock on our door, but not to offer help.. but to try to take the few coppers left in our pockets. What a world! Anyway, Well done Sweetie!
If the money that has been spent on this war had been used for improving the "survival of the less fitted", in the States as well as all over the world, the US might be once again the country everyone looks up to. Now, unfortunately, they are considered as war mongers who try to impose an economic model based on "what's yours is now mine, and I decide what can be done with it". I hope the next president will be a new Jefferson. And I pray for GBjunior as he will now be more and more confronted with what he has sown. At home, as well as in the rest of the world. It must be hard to realise that, despite being the most powerful man in the whole world, he is simply a failure. I pty him, as I pity all those young American lives that were wasted, and all the local civilians who were killed "for freedom and justice". And oil.
Excellent image that's perfect to the text.

Well done M'Lady
Hummm I can tell you this; When in the Marines I learned a lot bout the wars we the U. S. has been involved in but the gen. public dose not even know about. This war is about money and not money to line the pockets of the everyday citizen. Also this war is about religion but not in the way most think, it as been going on for 2000 years now and in modern times our so called spiritual leaders have gotten in bed with corrupt poliitical leaders and CEO's for what is considered the most valuable piece of realestate on earth not only because of the religious history but the oil under it. Keep up the fight to brignt truth to the people.
Very powerful image with a strong message.
