Great detail as far as textures are concerned. Modeling is one thing, but to make it look realistic you've applied the right textures. Most of the time you see "killer robots" with perfectly clean textures, as if they keep cleaning themselves every time the get just the slightest bit of dust on them. You droid actually has had fights, got scratches, dinks in the armor (slight ones). The wall looks a bit weird though with the darker shapes that look a bit too geometrical. maybe an extra texture in photoshop might have helped.
