Description
Posted this earlier, but felt it needed some work. Placed in Mixed Medium because it was actually started in Vue but ended up mostly Painter and Photoshop. A new tool for me was the Nik Pro Sharpener which allows you to paint selected places with a brush to sharpen and works great to get an icy effect on foliage.
Have a great Holiday and see ya next year!

Wonderful work - Happy New Year and all the best for 2006.... ;-)
This is so weird I looked to see others comments on this magnificent piece. And to my surprise my comment was not there. I could of sworn I left one. Gee I feel awful that it did not take. I'll make sure and check from now on. I have been in awe for some time about this piece. The simple details become an amazing story in your work. My imagination takes off and soars with my own thoughts of this boy and wolf. With happy endings of a new found friendship, and the present sets the wonderful feeling of the christmas spirit. How I love your work. SIGH
Wel, they've said it all, but anyway, incredible piece this one!
Poie! ... Thanks!
Beautiful work, my friend. Magical and I am trying to work out, what is Vue and what is painted and what is photographed (if anything)
Totally incredible!! Another outstanding work of art by you. :-) I love the foliage and the little scene of the boy and wolf staring at each other. Your sky is, as always, so gorgeous! Excellent!! I'm sorry my comment is so late but I had so much trouble getting into the galleries for awhile. It's working much better now so today I've enjoyed all of your pictures that I missed. :-) V on all of them!
