Errrr.... I take care in calibrating my monitor correctly and this is just tooooo dark. I doubled the brightness and could seen the detail which is actually quite good, but put some light into the scene.
Mendes is right. Having seen another bkg that I also thought was too dark I would now suggest putting some more light. Even if it's indirect it could silhouette parts that you didn't want to over illuminate. The light you're currently using, while off to one side is still a too head on and flattens out all your lovely depth. Sure, it's a background but any figure that could be visible in this scene would appear to be glowing. Good Luck : )
