Description
My images sometimes develop a life all of their own.
I was starting an image for the challenge arena, and the above quote came to mind.
I made a wall with a window in it, put a table in front and then concentrated on getting the sun's rays to stream through the window.
I left it for a while, and when I came back later this is what happened.
Everyone who is owned by a cat knows the truism that if there is one spot of sun spilling onto the floor or any other surface, a cat will find it and soak it up, quite regardless of any other important task he had previously been "helping" you with.
Pure bryce, just a tiny bit of postwork on the fur.

Well, that was also true of my mother's Min Pin, lol. Adorable image!!
Well done.
How adorable! :)
beautiful !
How adorable! And so natural looking :)
Lol, My "owners" love to catch rays laying on the kitchen floor; very hard to fix lunch, or even tea that way. You've managed to capture so well the "blissed out" look that cats get while sun bathing.
Garland of catnip? Merry Christmas to you.
Happy Christmas to you too and I hope life is treating you well. You captured the mood of that cat just perfectly :)
Yeah, my Jack Russell Terrior, Juli Jane Russell Because She Ain't No Jack--yes, that's her actual name!--feels the same way about a spot of good sunlight.
