Description
Happy Saturday everyone!! Thanks for stopping by... this picture was taken this morning, as I sat in a chair by the living room window, having my morning coffee. The Jays were so flightie out there, I thought it'd be cool to get some flight shots, but ... none turned out good enough to upload. We're having such a beautiful snowfall here in Minnesota this morning... its beginning to look a lot ... like ... Christmas.
Have yourselves, a merry little Satur- dayyyyy. :)

Wow, Shari, this is a super shot! Cardinals are my favourite birds. The contrast between the red and the white snow is so striking.
nice to see a living one, even in snow (I only have a stuffed one from my great-grandfather...)
A beautiful image, what a funny red color, well done!
Even the birds have Santa suits on! nice pose!
Beautiful bird. Where did you shoot this cardinal at? As in country-state that sort of thing.
Beautiful shot of a handsome, stately bird. Great contrast with the snow.
It's as if you told him exactly where in the tree to stand. Wonderful image!
