Description
Ok, so with my last post I felt compelled to put another of the "household of cats" in the gallery. This is Lizzie. The color image looks fine but I chose to experiment wiht hight ISO and render in greyscale. This is a sweet and soft fur cat.... Sure, she drives the wife nuts at night walking around her head and licking. Lizzie just gets into the covers with me and sleeps.
ISO 800, incandescent light of a single 100 watt bulb above the chair, 1/100 sec, f/2.8. Sigma 50mm lens.
When I get the color of her eyes right and bright, then it will be posted in color.

Awwww cutie!!! Beautiful close up Tom! :)
very cute cat and a fine macro
very good tight shot of the face
she is absolutly adorable what a fabulous shot!!... CUTE!!!
cute and touching portrait of a wonderful cat with impressive eyes! ;o)
Like the POV, the head at a slight angle makes the picture for me. If I had to critise I would of liked a bit more DOF or perhaps her eyes in focus rather than her nose? Still it's a nice pic and not eay to take - I've tried with mine, she is almost a negative image of one of my cats, all black with a white spot on her nose.
That's Love !!!!! She has a touching and tender expression ! So cute and lovely cat Thomas, and a splendid portrait. V
Lovely picture.
