Description
A Glorious Day To Die
For a split instant time stood still for Cade, and once again he was a boy playing at being a great warrior in the forest around his home.
But here and now he was Cade.. alone, tired, wounded and about to die.
His only consolation was that Mirelle and the others had got away, now all he had to do was buy them as much time as possible.
The sun felt good on his face and he breathed in deeply of the fresh forest smells, it was when all was said and done a glorious day to die.
Cade tightened his grip on his sword and stepped forward.
