This is lovely piece with (from my pov) a few more developments needed. Firsty I would for some reason made her hair black or at least alot darker as this is one if the important cues indicating movement, maybe even a little motion blur, secondly I would add a few more effex to heighten the intencity of the piece, bullet strikes/sparks and other such lighting. Keep up the good work.

Nice sense of action, great posing. The hair sems to be the visual centrepoint, but is very roughly rendered, esp. in comparison with the highly reflective floor.
