This looks great closeup. The statue definitely looks neglected and forgotten. This corner was a great find. The green tones of the statue contrasted with the pale tones of the environment give it a special emphasis. You have created a wonderful image here. Excellent Work !
There was more depth in the previous picture. However, I like this one too. The bits and pieces of discarded material comes more into prominence here and gives it a true feeling of neglect and indifference. Love the lighting. Very well taken.
all alone and in a corner too lol...cool shot
The statue being lighted makes it seem important..was Batman there?? looks like a bat symbol on the left..
I love the Manniquin...it reeks of nostalgia ...even before My time.
not easy to choose!i saw again ,i prefer this one, more artistic!
Close or far, I love it just as much! The desaturation was really the way to go here IMHO!
It is interesting to compare the two images and see which one appears best. I however remain undecided.
I like how the shadow divides the photo. Moody! great capture.
The Lost City. Beautiful capture of this mummy statue for science studies. Excellent find. Aloha
Nice composition!
I liked the first one; this is even better.
CREEPY!!! The statue looks tortured and with the sharp objects, or sticks, in the back add to the stress that this picture projects to me. Batman left his boomarang behind too!
Strong, impressive and meaningful... very interesting image !!!
love the shaft of light.. highlighing.. beautifully seen and imaginative composition excellent work...:)))) thank you kort..winks !!!!!
Impressive work, the title and shot are a strong combination! The attic of the soul is visited more than once in one's dreams... :) Excellent, Kort!
impressive close up! could be a perfect hiding place for the lord of the darness! the bat tells about! guess we should visit this place with garlic and bananas! g
I think Tedz would love to have the statue. very interesting corner with so many things obviously forgotten
I love the statue, but I would have preferred better lighting. The previous image didn't show the glare on the statue as much because it was a smaller part of the image. Still, a really interesting piece of work.
Wonder what that statue was going to be? Interesting point of view!!
