Whenever humans engage in the violent destruction of innocents, the Shaman-Warrior appears, fierce in her devotion to Life. This devotion to Life is a science, it is a art, it is an intellectual pursuit, it is a development of the heart, it is a warfare on all that is anti-life. It is the warfare that is the care and development of the heart within - the destruction and ejection of all that is anti-life there. The care and nurturance of Life requires this fierceness, this devotion.
