Description

A 'little fun' with the thumbnail! Fort Armistead Park, Balamer, MD. Someone is taking his love, probably the rest of the family as well, out for a fling on the bay on a very fine day! This boat was definitely moving along. Fort Armistead dates from around 1900 -- apparently a reaction to the hysteria occaissioned by the late Spanish-American War. It is named for the commanding officer of Ft. McHenry during the 1812 disagreement. Mostly a quiet place to watch wind and waves... while doing some fishing. Let's poke around a bit. Enjoy; thanks for viewing.
