I usually do no 'alternative edits' to former posts - but this time wasn't sure about the strata in the 1st version.
By this occasion I added some other atmosphere to it to make more sinister looking...

Wow, auch nicht schlecht! Schwer zu sagen welches mir besser geflt. Sch das hier die 'Schneekante' gegltet ist und auch die Atmo im Hintergrund ist NOCH besser beworden. Saugut!

Also hier ist die Strata etwas weniger aufdringlich. Ansonsten stimm ich MuW zu: Schwere Entscheidung, welches besser ist. ;)

I still think that the strata could be improved or deleted, but everything else here is an improvement, and wonderful!

I like them both, and I didn't see "sinister" until you mentioned it. :~) I love this atmosphere and I think the imposing view and awesome terrain are excellent. The strata detracts a little, IMO.
Just as good as the last image. The strata colors fit beautifully; but, just a bit of layer over them would subtlize the effect.

Super Atmo in dieser Version! Wie in der vorigen Version liebe ich auch hier den Schatten, den der Berg wirft.
I liked the furst one a lot but redone like this gives you another fine work of art they are both just excellent in there own right.
