Description
Hi Everyone,
I wanted to share a little something with you today.About a month or so ago, I saw a poster hanging in a Dr's office, and it caught my attention, right away. It was a large bird,
with beautiful flowing feathers. That day, I got a piece of paper from my purse and my pen
and I drew a rough sketch of the bird, thinking at the time, maybe I could make my own version of it in PSP lol.Well I did start it at that time, but time got away from me, and I sorta had forgotten about it. Until the day before yesterday, when I happened to see it again, and I have now played with it for 2 days. lol
I struggled with the feathers, placing them in one by one, and wanting them to look just right.
This is one of the version's, I have made.
I hope you enjoy seeing this today.
Have a wonderful day!
Thank you for looking.

Excellent painting, and thanks for sharing the story behind it, it's always nice to hear where people's inspiration comes from. :) I love your use of colours and how the feathers seem to sparkle!
Wonderful Work Vikki! Really neat what inspired you to do this, waiting in a Dr's office, one has much time there looking at the pictures on the wall before actually seeing the Dr. ha! Beautifuly done and the framing too! E & V
