Bryce 5.5 with no post work.
The greenish pattern is a terrain I created by combining 2 tech panel textures (available at PoserPros courtesy of bog : http://poserpros.daz3d.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=46271 ) in the elevation editor. The cave and water is from DAZ.
