Beautiful colors, light and cold atmosphere/mood. Love the POV, and the "frozen" water effect is very cool (well, certainly cold, but awesome, as well). Only one suggestion: Maybe work on the tiling of the overlay, since it is visible. Still, excellent work.
I like a lot the terrain and the water. But the surface is too much pixelised imho. Nice picture anyway !
