Description
This little flower finally bloomed in my yard after growing for about a year...just in time, I was going to yank it's little roots out for just laying around the yard.
Hibiscus schizopetalus, coral hibiscus. Shrub from E Africa with slender arching branches and pendant, red flowers with feathery reflexed petals. The pollen of this hibiscus is often used in Hawaii for producing new varieties.
Many thanks for having a peek, and a good week to all! Aloha!
