with his manual camera Canon F1.

In summer, Giancarlo often go to some days or week-end of photography in the mountains... He has always been in love of Mountains...
This one has been taken in summer 1981, in the Appenins Mountain. It's an old farm, where there was still a family living and working here.
I love the colors on the farm, the hot ones of the end of an afternoon... Magic !

Are you sure, summer!? Branches without leaves, the brownish country, they give me a winter-feeling. The Appenins would be great to visit sometimes :) Beautiful capture, it shows well how life went on in the eighties in Italy! :)

I can see this as a painting. By the way, is that snow on the roof and ground on the left side? I know you said summer, but look at the shadows, they are very long and it appears to be mid day, so this would make it winter.
