Description
I tried several times to put "Stonemason" and "Sanctum Art" figures and props together in this image... but Poser 5 & 6, using the P4 render engine and Firefly, refused to render... even without volumetrics.
My system 3.8GHz, mutli-threading INTEL P4 processor, 2GB RAM, 512MB nVideo Graphics Card, Dell 17" High Res. Flat Panel Monitor... and one Poser addict sitting in front of it... just not good enough... there was no way I could render... "not enough resources for the textures".... bugger!
So, just Stonemason in this one, no Sanctum Art...
Thanks for looking...
Deane

No complaints here! You've got a nice hint of mystery and intrigue going by NOT seeing too much! LOVE the lighting and atmosphere!

Excellent image - fantastice lighting and composition - Choice mate!! :o)
i hate those kind of limitations! But i am pretty sure you made due as this is Incredible and amazing!!!!
I'm voting this one for sure. I don't think an image can depict the departure any better than you have with this one.
Great scene and brilliant use of volumetrics. Well done especially after your hard graft to get it completed. Steve:)
Holy COW Deane, this lighting is PERFECT!!! WOW This is spectacular!! Love this!! Outstanding!
This is killer, I love the light and the feel of this, Kinda that Jack in the Box, you know what it is, but you wanna see more! Very killer work!
They say you can do a shutdown and when you restart, Poser shakes its memory of "cannot" and does. Been through it. Delete everything hidden and make invisible everything out of the viewer. Are her head and arms still "visible"?. Looks "heavy" right now.
Great work!
Oh man the lights are super fantastic! Get an other gig Ram, so Poser can use the full 2GB XP allows. A shutdown and restart, with everything in the Autostartgroup disabled and all not used services turned off can help also. Reducing bucketsize to 10 slows down but needs less mem. ~Uwe
That's one impressive machine you have Deane and this is one impressive image. Up there with one of your best I recon. V
Excellent work !! Bye Orion ^_^
Kool Deane, so we all had some more time to render a monster!!!this ROCKS, the best looking volumetrics I've seen in ages, reading your comments, you almost tricked me into thinking you did the volumetris in Photoshop, but now I got it!!!DOH & Cheer's
Man. Give me a second....I need to wipe the tears of jealousy out of my eyes. One for the for pc that you're using, you lucky bastard and two for this fantastic render!! Of course I think I'd go mad, if she had Doofus' face. I think I need to get a third job just so I can get the cool poser stuff! Awesome image my friend.
That is one hell of an image, oh . . wow! Now let me wipe the drool off my keyboard, between the image and the machine, oy.
omg!! I quit.
The atmosphere in this is fantastic deane as is the pov!!! Excellent work as always!! Hugs Trish xxx
Excellent work as always!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fantastic! Too bad you couldn't render everything. I get that too sometimes, though my system isn't as souped up as yours. But this is just awesome . . . hands down!
Well, despite the problems you've cooked up another great looking image Deane. Perfect scene but hey, thats nothing new.
Well, now that Rosity has decided to behave itself, I can comment on your excellent work Deane. What a beautiful finish Sir and the lighting is absolutely spot on. Well done! Steve :o) V!
