All done in Lightwave 8.3, modeled and rendered, 257,409+ polys, and using IFW2 textures and shaders..and a light with vol added

nice, i take it, thats a vol. light, personally id do without the "lines" ray tracing i guess, again guessing its a flame of sorts.

Looks great. One small nitpick, the flame is a light source, so there should be some bluish light on the engine.
that is one detailed spacecraft engine!
