A little touch of the Autumn that is only beginning here in the northeastern part of New York. :-)
I had some difficulty choosing whether to post this softer version or the sharp, more realistic original. Someone who means the world to me suggested that I think about how this place made me feel when I was standing here in this spot. It was truly a magical place; peaceful, and I sat on the rocks here for a long time just enjoying the calm reflections. It is a wonderful place for a picnic or for two people to sit and read poems quietly to each other. *sigh*
So ... I've decided that this version best portrays the feelings that this place brought to my heart and soul.
I hope you enjoy it and thank you so much for your kind comments on my Home Sweet Home-18. You are all so encouraging and make me so happy!!
