Yet another photo from St. Augustine beach. I managed to press the shutter release at just the right time to capture these two bike riders in the center of the frame. The two surfers in the background were just an added bonus. A little postwork to enhance the contrast and color, and voila! St. Augustine Beach is very broad and quite long. I think you can travel about 17 miles along it before you have to stop. People drive cars on parts of it and like to ride bikes up and down on the hard packed sand. I used one of the bikes the B&B had available and trekked down the beach for quite a distance. I should have probably turned back a little soon as the wind was against me on the way back and travel was not so leisurely. Still, it was quite fun cruising down the beach and taking in the sights. ----- Thanks for stopping by and for your tubular comments on yesterday's photo, St. Augustine Beach Surfer.

Perfect timing, Kort!! I love the bikers in silhoutte, the the dark blues are so beautiful! It's the way i would have taken the shot. dunno if i would have taken it quite so well though!!! Not only did you nail the timing, you also managed to make a perfect composition too! :)
