Thank you for all your comments, I've since tried to replace the centre without losing the colours in the spiral. Totally different fractal. No PP you see,

A cool spiral and interpetation. Great depth and beautiful vibrant colors. I'm not real fond of the center.

A neat spiral, but I have to agree with 'fractalinda' about the center.
Ah, not skilled enough yet. Stubborn about the gradient combination. Lost what I was after when I substantially increased the iterations. Refused to PP, not my way yet. Working on another with clouds effect which may have the answer if not the impact.
Spirals don't get more spirally than this.
