Hi all
This is a Katana modell made for my friend Rylex. The sword is modelled after photos and exact measurments, so shape comes from the real piece.

very cool the sword looks really good but i think the name plate on the box should be a bit more reflective

Overall Love it, but, cenkkara is right, its a Ninja-To :P thats the only thing I can say about it, other than that, this is spot on

Wonderful model and texture (I have Katana, bought in Japan in 91 when I participated in a Karate tournament there LOL. Looks very much like it except for the section between handle and blade so I guess cenkkara might be right, I am no expert either).. Love your materials. Like said blade is perfect, and so i handle and box-welvet. Three on box could maybe be ajusted a little bit, and also the "golden metal" looks a bit flat. Otherwise perfect!!
