This is my 2nd photo of a series I have shot of where I live. :-)
This is looking at Lake George within Adirondack Park in upstate New York, USA.

Great shot Maggie...what a beautiful place! I lived in Canberra for a number of years, and the man-made lake 'Burley Griffin' named after the Architect who designed Canberra reminds me very much of this image! Cheers! Alan. xxx

Ah - less forrest, and the haze is much less pronounced in this one - here it just gives an impression of distance instead of obscuring the view. Gorgeous landscape!
