Description
Matte painting.....the foreground ocean is original plate, although it was a day time shot then. The ship by faveral was done in Vue and composited. The rest painted with Photoshop and Dogwaffle.

Certainly going in the "favourite images" category for me. What a masterpiece indeed. Betwitching atmosphere of the full moon on gloomy seas. Your blending work is beyond flawless. I can almost feel the wet sand under my feet. I love the distant lanterns on the ship. One can imagine all the plotting going on amongst the crew inside.
