Description
I went out to catch some photos of a really nice sunset this evening. When I turned to get a better position, I noticed this rainbow behind me. It was so big that I couldn't get it all in the photo, even at 28 mm.
Not the best of shots, but I had no time to plan or set up.

For an impromptu shot, quite, quite nice. Planned shots often don't turn out as well.
Wonderful capture. Glad you turned around. Aloha
WOOOOOW!!!! What a gorgeous capture that is, soooo cool!!! Never seen anything like that before. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day #:O)
I don't think I've seen a rainbow at sunset before. Thanks for sharing. Kastakan
can't remember ever seeing one at sunset... a once in a lifer view ;]
wow i have never seen a rainbow, never mind one at sunset, this is a really beautiful picture
Wow...wonderful !!!
Terrific shot. Love the hazed colors of the rainbow. Glad you didn't have time to do anything differently.
Nope, 28 mm won't give you the opportunity to shoot it in its entirety! Love to see it at sunset, shot it once like that even brighter (somewhere deep in my gally) and love to see how red is more pronounced due to sunset colors! Excellent work! It illustrates perfectly how the light in the rainbow is passed and out of the rainbow is concentrated in the bow itself!
AWESOME!
Wow, you're lucky to catch it, it is really something!
Very unusual rainbow colors in this sunset variant. Excellent shot!
Very neat the way it seems to drift into the sunset. I haven't ever seen one quite that way. Gorgeous!
