Description
First / Last image in a series on the Savage Mill in Savage, Maryland.
An old mill complex revived some years back as an up-scale artsy-fartsy mall with antique stores, ball room, tavern, eateries, etc.
Nothing very 'special' about the treatment of the images presented. This is a collection of snap shots to show what one effort with a recycled building accomplished: A useful building which is a tourist attraction while retaining the main architectural heritage of the area.
Welcome aboard, newcomers. Fellow-trekkers, we are ending most appropriately in a tavern with the Weesel's Patented Tippsyim Filter at work once more. (Translation: it's blurred but what the heck.) This tavern seems to get a lot of its brew from local microbreweries as well as those of foreign locales. (First time I've seen Old Peculiar on a menu in years.) The tavern has five or four locations around the Chesapeake Bay/seaside area. Must do some comparison 'shopping.'
This is a portion of the building we never seem to make it past. There are more shops in the older portions, but some invisible force field draws us into the tavern and we never progress. Maybe next time we come in the front door.
Enjoy; thanks for viewing.
Hmmmm. Now where to?

Cool! I like it!
Now that looks like a place I could sit and relax, sip a drink real slow, have a delightful conversation and think about the photo to take!
