Description
My interpretation of the tide coming in and flooding a causeway. This terrain took quite a while to create from scratch to a point where I was happy with the realistic look of it.

Very interesting terrain...
I used to do images like this - made a .ter from a .bmp (stained glass effect in Photoshop) Nice overhead closeup!
Yeah Rich thats exactly how it was done but of course you will know that the stained glass effect does itself need some postwork to create a realistic causeway effect, otherwise it's edges are too sharp and unrealistic. Did this image last year and if I remember rightly the altitude was 10,000m to get rid if the facets that can occur in close ups
