Thank you Renderosity Team for your efforts. I hardly ever think of the people behind the scenes here---because you do your jobs that well, and you don't break things that work, yet fail to fix things that you've broken. I look forward to your improvements, and thank you for listening to your customers, a rare trait/treat these days.
One thing that I would really like to see is for every product illustration to specify all the products used in the image. Most vendors do that but some do not. At least one vendor has failed to reply to several of my inquiries about the hair used in the product images. I also very much appreciate that you post the readme.txt which we can read prior to purchasing the product. DAZ3D does not do that, although after some complaints they did that for a short while, but then discountined doing that. It would also be great to have an install program for DAZ Studio, if that would be too much trouble. Doing it manually is not difficult but it is time consuming. Keep up the great work and thanks for doing a great job. Dan

I shop here because its a good place to find good products. I'm ok with the existing store front. I feel its a leg up on Daz. I get annoyed with the constant messages that things are on sale that are not on sale. (My take home lesson is to not pay attention to Renderosity email.) I have serious problems with the forums. I really really do. I simply can't talk to people here on that UI. Its baaaad. (After what Dan said above... maybe write an article about installing products for folks and reference that from the downloads page? I can't stand automagic download stuff myself, but I get it, some people just aren't computationally gifted.)

This is only my first year on Renderosity. I'm sure there are more staff there than I know about, but the two I know by name are Jenn and Shania. Those two women have been a great help to me this past year. Thank you! Happy New year and all the best in 2023.

The reason I shop here and stopped at the other place is you honor those of us who use Poser and don't fixate on just DazStudio. We are very much a viable income for those who continue to produce for the Poser Community and for that and many other reasons I am a customer and friend of Renderosity for life.
As a very long time customer I would just like to add this. You already have the smoothest of customer experiences, compared to your peers. Whilst I can appreciate why you need to update, please try to ensure you do not lose current functionality in the process. :)
I am always hopeful about improvements. That being said, I am so happy with the site as it stands! =) Special thanks for maintaining and improving the Poser rendering program which is my go to tool for my digital art. So, now I have two reasons to be excited about the first quarter: Poser 13 and improvements to something I already enjoy! Yay!! Molly
I am looking forward to the marketplace improvements so longs as they don't affect volume purchasers such as myself. With a backlog of some 600+ items awaiting download I do not relish the idea of having my well honed process interfered with. Thank you.
Thank you to all of the other vendors, managment, and buyers.. I was here 20 years ago and to be honest I can't remember what it was like.. Although mine and Sanbie's store is only for V4 and only a small store, we do still have a few sells a year.. I'm looking forward to the new layout and if it's easier to add a new vendor product then we're all for it!! Thank you guys and gals..
Looking forward to seeing what's next. I do suggest returning the feedback button. Whenever there was a website problem I discovered it made it very easy to report the minor problems.
