2025 3D Steampunk Universe Contest

Steampunk Universe Contest

Entry #1

The waiting

Heliah has just arrived in town to investigate on the latest events. Surely, the place was less brilliant it had been few years ago and the smoke coming from the chimneys of the manufactories was a trigger on the current state of the buildings and streets. The corruption of the officials did the rest. She hired a man to take care of her luggages and also to be her guide during her sojourn, like he had been recommended by her contact. But now she had landed, her contact still wasn't here to welcome her as planned. In fact, the district was too quiet, while the fog was thickening. Heliah suspects she will be forced to act alone, not knowing if she really can trust her companion for what will follow...
