Entry #8

Somehow a dealership application for a new SATURN dealership had to have a one million dollar net worth.  Only 24 out of 75 required applications to proceed had been submitted.  Was this going to be short lived like the Corvair small car or was someone going to step up and change things. Now after 2007 it really doesn't matter or does it. Read on to see what the chances looked like in 1982. The thing that blinked in 1987 was a 1 million dollar homicide bond. Would that unmentionable be a false alarm?
