The idea to the picture was given to me when I saw the nergal83 flower lamp freebee. - Thank you very much. My wife is working as a day-nanny and the picture was originaly ment as a postcard to annonce our take off for the holidays.

Because I am no christian, I did not want to use an angel. But in the traditional fairytales there is a character named "Sterntaler" (star-money). A small girl well dressed, sharing anything with the poor untill she is standing alone in the dark with only a thin shirt to cover her body. To help and honor her, it starts to rain golden coins on her.- That is the fairytale.

A little girl alone in the winter night, barely dressed. Good meal for wolves and other monsters. But there is a light where it should not be. And it has so much energy to melt the snow to let the grass grow. This light means hope and a safe harbor. The magic of the plant will protect her.

I do not want to get political. But there are to many wolves and to few magical flowers in the world right now.

The modelling took me half an hour, the rendering half a day and the post work... not half a week! About 10 minutes!
