The image was hand-drawn under instruction from a malevolent spirit with bad breath and an attitude problem. Or maybe just from imagination. I used Faber Castell pens and watercolour before messing around with saturation, highlight and shadow etc in PhotoImpact (ancient but trustworthy). Filter Forge 3 was used to apply a comic book filter (by inujima). Oh, and it took several hours in three separate sessions, let's say 6.66 or thereabouts (see what I did there).
