Many of us live and drive where we have to worry about deer running out into the road right in front of us as we drive lonely stretches of road through woods on foggy nights. What if other things cross those roads, too? Thus the inspiration for this image.

I spent about 8-9 hours creating this image in Carrara Pro, with several test renders to get the lighting right. Final render was an overnight deal.
