I tried to create an image one might find in any comic book.  The inspiration for this original hero was taken from Batman and Green Arrow.

The image was rendered in its entirety with Daz Studio 4.8 and re-sized in GIMP.

Total creation time: 19 hours.

Background: 6 hours.

The background took approximately 3 hours to stage and another hour to light.  It uses the "City Bus Stop" product from Daz3d.com (4 times, arranged to form a larger building and street) and "Dystopian City Blocks" with some minor changes to the textures.  The skydome is from "Skies of Economy" from Daz3d. 

The background also uses walls from 3-D-C's "Streets" on ShareCG.com.  The street lights come from the "Graffiti Wall" product from ShareCG.com.

It took another 2 hours to arrange the three characters properly and adjust their poses to interact with each other.

The hero: 6 hours.

Most time was spent posing the character/props and designing the supersuit.  The hero is "Heroic Michael 5" using "SD Jesse for M4" texture by schonee from Renderosity.com. 

He is wearing the "Supersuit for Genesis," "Supersuit Cape," "Dark Mood" boots and "M4 Briefs" which were all shaded using "Super Shaders" (from Daz3d).  He is also wearing the hood and gloves (re-shaded) from the "Shades of Atlantis: M4 Hierophant" product from Daz3d. 

He is swinging by a cable from "Easy Posing 2" by AdamThwaites on Renderosity.com.

The woman: 2 hours.

The character is Montana by Lyoness with "Flirty Hair" (both from Daz3d.com).

She's wearing Cute3D's OL shirt and skirt, and boots from "Roxana Yaroslavna" (with a black leather shader.)  Her purse, being stolen by the thug, is from "Summer Casuals Fitted Sun Dress" (with shader).

The pose uses the lower body from "Darkworld Poses: Conquered Beauty" from Renderosity.com and the right hand and arm from DM's "Secret Chamber" from Daz3d.com.

The thug: 5 hours.

He is a modified Michael 5 with "Santo" texture by Male_M3dia.  His expression is a combination of two from Ironman13's "100 Essential Expressions for M4" (Renderosity.com).  They were converted for Genesis with  "Genesis Generation X2" (Daz3d.com).

His gun is from "Kruger," shaded with shaders from "Genesis Supersuit."

His sunglasses are from "Effortless Cool", his pants are from "Mean Streets," his T-shirt is made with the "Genesis Supersuit," his coat is from "50's Casual Male," his hat is from "Surf's Up" and his boots are from "Shadow Warrior" (all from Daz3d.com).
