Entry #17

Oh, I enjoy being a Guardian of the Universe, dont get me wrong. I mean, aside from saving this planet or that asteroid or... well, whatever... from eminent destruction is great, but what I really love? The sense of drama... When I make an entrance, let me tell you: I make a freaking entrance, the kind of spectacular that almost always strikes fear into... well, whoever I'm supposed to beat up this time. I never travel without a fresh set of special effects, 'cause, you know, you dont want to repeat the same thing twice. People notice, ya know? And it dilutes the visual presentation. And that's never a good idea.

The uniform? My own design. The ones from Guardian Central were just too... too... ordinary. Dull, unimpressive, certainly nothing to strike fear into the hearts of... well, anyone. I mean, please. Show up in a cheap gabardine, and they'll laugh you right off. But this baby? Made from a combination of micro-fibres specially developed to withstand not only the extreme temperatures of the Universe... but make you look damn good at the same time. French, by the way. Those French, they know their uniforms.

No, I dont use a lot of product in my hair. Freezes too fast in space, and then — when you actually land someplace with heat — it melts, leaving you looking like you just rolled out of bed after a rough night with a... well, you get the idea, right? So, nope, it's all left pretty natural, just straight out of the shower and a quick blow dry. Of course, helps that you have naturally thick locks like mine. The way this hair moves in the solar winds? It's the envy of the Corps.
