"Changes are coming"

Created in Carrara 8.5 Pro with post-work in Photoshop and Filterforge.  This is inspired by all the weird tales and pulp horror I have been reading lately.  After several false-starts, this took me about 5-6 hours in Carrara, 20 minutes to render a couple passes and around half an hour compositing and cleaning things up in Photoshop.
