The title of this entry is "The Monster Is In"

Everyone worries when an upcoming surgery is near but a nightmare like this could make you cancel that procedure. 

Inspiration for this comes from my daughter having bad dreams prior to her latest knee surgery, not that they were this extreme but still.

Genesis played the starring role in this piece with some creative work with creature creator to turn my surgeon into a monster. I think the lighting for this took the longest to get just the right effect with the lighting coming from the different directions.

This was created in Daz4.8 pro and post work was done in Photoshop CS4 extended all and all taking about 2 days total.
