The Phoenix Incident (official designation OPAL) occurred at approximately 0340 local time in Phoenix, AZ on October 27, 1997. It resulted in the deaths of Officer Eric Halder (41) of the Phoenix Police Department, and Elizabeth Tuley (34), a civilian. This footage from Officer Halder's patrol car is the only known footage of the event. ------- I used a whole battalion of software to create this animation, from Poser to Blender to DAZ Studio and more. It's where I had to stop to get it submitted. Total time to make is probably around 60 hours, at least. I was inspired by films like Cloverfield and Chronicle, and by "false document"-style horror like the SCP Foundation. I hope you enjoy!
