My inspiration came from the stairwell created by EvilInnocence. How much more scary can it be to be trapped with only one way to go..and even that escape most likely not allowing you to go any further?! To get everything together and render took about 3 hours. I used Poser Pro 2012 with a little brightness tweaking in Photoshop Elements.
