The process took about a couple of weeks from concept to final render. Adapting the motion capture file and adding finger, eye and expressions required approximately 5 days of work, high quality Poser render and composite in After Effects for color correction and effects took another 3 days. Final rendering with sound design was done in Premiere and took another 3 or 4 days to tweak and choose the right sound. What inspired me were the "tooth fairies" from Pan's Labyrinth, that in the beginning looked cute and pretty, but then opened their mouth to show a bunch of teeth and would eat you alive like piranhas to get to your bones..
