I was messing around with different poses with Dawn and hit on this one which brought to mind a sense of sadness and reflection. As I was playing around with the words "dawn of a new era" and "change" I came up with the line “A Dawn of Change…Can be the Beginning of Progress". This could refer to the new Dawn figure which has given birth to progress away from the usual standard Daz figures or, it could refer to life in general where progress as an individual or as a society can be the result of some form of change (change that is sometimes painful at the time). The scene was posed in Daz Studio, rendered in Octane and then some coloured filters in photoshop were used to give it the sad / reflective mood I was looking for. The skin texture is the default one that came with Dawn, and the dress is Sherry Dress for Dawn with new textures applied from within Octane. All in all from start of concept to finish took around 12 hours on and off over a week.
